Nicolas-Jay Tasting Experiences

Once a hay loft, our tasting room sits in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, where Burgundian tradition meets the singular character of our land. Whether you’re joining us for a weekday afternoon or a leisurely Friday morning, every tasting is an opportunity to explore what makes this place — and these wines — unlike anywhere else.
Estate Tasting
Our signature tasting takes you through five wines side by side — single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay designates alongside some of our most sought-after cuvées. A complimentary cheese plate accompanies your tasting, and our team will be with you every step of the way. Plan for 75–90 minutes, with bonus pours available upon request.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a no-show fee.
Tasting Fees
- Monday – Thursday: $40 per person
- Friday – Sunday: $55 per person
- One tasting fee waived with a wine purchase of $150 or more
- Complimentary for Confrérie Members
Le Petit Déjeuner
Enjoy our most immersive tasting experience, Le Petit Déjeuner was designed for those who want to slow down and truly settle in. Available exclusively Friday through Sunday at 10:00 AM, this 90–120 minute morning experience pairs a curated five wine tasting menu with a spread that reflects the best of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

Tasting Fees
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: $95 per person
- One tasting fee waived with a wine purchase of $300 or more
- $50 for our Confrérie, members contact Ryan for access
- Includes a private tour of our barrel room and cellar
Our Policies
- Please plan to arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled tasting time, as our small team carefully plans each day around intimate, group-by-group experiences
- Outside food is unfortunately not welcome, but we have lots of recommendations for lunch before or after your tasting!
- Well-behaved, on-leash pets are always welcome on the deck
- Little ones are welcome, just please let us know before your tasting
- Tasting fee refunded upon enrollment in our Confrérie (wine club)
- Same day no-show fees are $25 per person
