A three-year vertical of our flagship wine
The L’Ensemble Collection offers a rare chance to taste our flagship Pinot Noir across three consecutive vintages: 2021, 2022, and 2023. Each bottle reflects the character of its year, from the weather in the vineyard to the choices made in the cellar. Opened together, they show how a single wine evolves from season to season and with time in the bottle. Pour them side by side with friends, or cellar them and revisit each one as it matures.

Each vintage, we hand bottle a limited amount of large format wines. From magnums to 5 liter bottlings, these wines make beautiful gifts or show-stopping additions to any holiday table.

Shipping Details
As winter sets in, we want your wines to arrive in the best possible condition. Our priority is simple: making sure your Nicolas-Jay wines arrive ready to be shared and enjoyed. We recommend sending no later than these shipping dates for arrival for the holidays:
Ground: Monday, December 7 | 2-Day & Overnight: Tuesday, December 15
Wine must be signed for by an adult 21 or older, so please make sure someone will be there to receive it. For client and colleague gifts, a business address is often the easiest option.
Note: Winter weather can put wine at risk during transit. For added protection, we recommend 2-Day or Overnight shipping. Expedited service reduces time in transit, but cannot eliminate temperature-related risks.
