You’re invited to join us at our Dundee Estate for a very special Valentine’s Brunch with celebrated creamery (and our neighbor), Briar Rose and chef Erik Caballero. Chef Caballero will be crafting a three-course menu with each of the courses incorporating a Briar Rose cheese in a savory manner precisely paired with our Nicolas-Jay wines. Sarah Marcus, proprietor, will be in attendance to explain each cheese, process, and share her passion with all.
Brunch will begin with a Rosé reception hosted inside our cellar or at on our beautiful deck (weather depending), as Chef Erik Caballero prepares the fare. Everyone will then be invited into our restored barn where brunch will be served family-style. After brunch, guests are invited to stroll our estate and to learn more.
