SATURDAY JUNE 13
5:30–5:45 pm: Transportation provided from The Allison Hotel & Spa in Newberg, The Dundee Hotel in Dundee, and The Atticus Hotel in McMinnville.

6:00–9:00 pm: Reception & Winemaker’s Dinner
Dinner will be held on the deck overlooking our Estate vineyard. As the sun sets across Douglas firs and green vineyard canopy, Chef Erik Osol from the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) will be joining us for the weekend and will present a celebratory meal paired with a stellar selection of Nicolas-Jay and Méo-Camuzet wines.

7:00–9:00 pm | Dinner on the deck
9:30–10 pm | Transportation drop off at pick-up locations
SUNDAY JUNE 14
10:00 am–2:00 pm | Coffee, Educational Seminars, and Wine-Paired Lunch prepared by Chef Erik Osol.
5:00–5:45 pm | Transportation provided for Grand Cru Member La Paulée ticket holders from The Allison Hotel & Spa in Newberg.
6:00–9:00 pm | La Paulée Dinner at the Nicolas-Jay Winery – tickets required
We are delighted to welcome our Grand Cru Confrérie members for an evening that begins with a reception, followed by a seated dinner prepared by Chef Erik Osol.
We kindly ask each guest to bring one bottle per person to share. We will be opening some of the most special wines from our cellar and invite you to do the same. La Paulée is all about generosity, discovery, and great bottles among friends.
Transportation will be provided to and from the winery. Please indicate in your pre-arrival questionnaire if you do not require transportation or prefer to make your own arrangements.

TRANSPORTATION
Complimentary transportation to and from Saturday’s dinner at the winery will be provided from our three partner hotel hubs: The Allison Hotel & Spa in Newberg, The Dundee Hotel in Dundee, and The Atticus Hotel in McMinnville.
For Grand Cru members attending Sunday’s La Paulée dinner, transportation will be arranged from The Allison Hotel & Spa in Newberg.
We kindly encourage Confrérie members and guests to stay at one of our partner hotels or arrange transport to and from one of these locations. Guests are welcome to drive themselves or arrange separate transportation to the Nicolas-Jay Estate, where parking will be available.
