  • Enroll the membership under the recipient’s name, contact information, and preferred delivery address (if applicable).
  • Add your credit card to the account for all membership charges.
  • Contact our team to specify the desired gift duration, and we will set a future end date for the membership.
  • Your recipient may add their own card on file for any additional personal purchases.
