Cucina Testa Rossa Virtual Cook-along
2017 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and the 2018 Affinites Chardonnay
We are looking forward to joining the live, virtual cook-along dinner party with Cucina Testa Rossa on May 9th. Chef Lauri Pauli will be joined by Sara Beer of True North Wine Merchants and Brent Wolfe of Wolfe Farms. Brent supplies quail to the finest restaurants form Chez Panisse to Quince to the French Laundry. He'll tell us about his farm and what drew him to breed the best quail in the country.
Nicolas-Jay is offering this two bottle bundle to pair with the food they'll be preparing, and chef Pauli invites you to cook along! We'll be offering the newly released 2017 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and the 2018 Affinites Chardonnay, drawn from select sites in the Northern Willamette Valley, including our own estate Bishop Creek.
