Aromas of Bing cherry, wild strawberry, and violet flower emerge gracefully, accented by hints of cedary herbs, crushed wet stone, and a trace of orange zest. The palate is vibrant and pure, offering layers of strawberry, pomegranate seeds, and baking spice that glide effortlessly over a refined tannin structure. Nicolas-Jay Estate Honey | The honey comes from our estate vineyard in the Dundee Hills, where these bees have been pollinating native flora throughout the growing season. It was hand-produced by one of our harvest interns, who has worked at both Domaine Méo-Camuzet and Nicolas-Jay, bringing their passion and care to every jar.
